Choose the support you need

Deliverables, responsibilities, fees and timelines are set out in a proposal after the initial scoping discussion.

Before we start

Can you work with our existing agency?

Yes. We can provide an issue register and acceptance criteria, discuss the proposed fixes with your developers, and retest the agreed journeys. Implementation can also be included in our engagement.

What determines the cost and timeline?

The number of websites, templates, journeys, languages, documents and integrations. Share your website URL and any tender or project requirements so we can define a suitable scope. Independent evaluation schedules are set by the relevant evaluator.

Does a redesign or automated scan establish compliance?

No. A redesign addresses only part of the work. Automated scans also need manual review, including keyboard and assistive technology checks. Content, governance and security requirements must be considered alongside the interface.

What do you need for an initial discussion?

Your contact details, organisation and website URL. Include your requirements or deadline if available. Please do not send passwords or personal citizen data; any access needed for assessment is agreed separately.
